Responsible gaming
Play sharp. Stay in control.
Duels are competitions of skill, and the coins are real. Most people play for the thrill of the 1v1 and that's how it should stay. Here's how to keep it that way, and what to do if it isn't.
Ground rules
Six habits worth keeping
- 01
Play for fun
A duel is a game. If it stops being fun, stop playing.
- 02
Set a budget
Decide what you can afford to lose before you start, and stick to it. Never use money meant for rent, bills or food.
- 03
Take breaks
Tilt is real. Step away after a loss streak, and set a time limit for each session.
- 04
Never chase losses
Trying to win back what you lost is how small losses become big ones. Accept the result and close the app.
- 05
Play clear-headed
Don't play after drinking or using drugs, when you're tired, upset, stressed or angry.
- 06
Keep life first
Duels should never cost you sleep, school, work or time with the people around you.

Self-assessment
Signs it may be a problem
Be honest with yourself. If one or more of these sounds familiar, it's worth taking a break and talking to someone.
- You spend more than you planned, or more than you can afford to lose.
- You play to win back what you lost.
- You borrow money, sell things or skip bills to keep playing.
- You hide how much time or money you spend on duels.
- You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you try to stop.
- Duels take time away from sleep, work, school or the people close to you.
- You need bigger entries to feel the same excitement.
- You've tried to cut down and couldn't.
