Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BYLT handles your personal data when you use bylt.gg, play.bylt.gg and related services. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@bylt.gg.

Your account

• Email address and username.
• Your password, stored only as a salted hash. We never see it in plain text.
• Basic profile details from Google, Discord or X if you sign in with them. We never receive those passwords.
• Your public wallet address if you sign in with an Ethereum or Solana wallet. Never your private keys.

Your games

• Your game account name, region and rank.
• What happens in your duels: kills, towers, CS and timestamps.

The BYLT app

• The name of each computer you connect, the app version and when it was last online.
• The game account signed in on that computer, and the game data of your duels (players, objectives, CS, game end).
• Never your game password, your files or anything outside the game client.
• Your duel history, rating and any penalties.

Your balance

Coin balance, deposits, withdrawals and the blockchain transactions behind them.

Technical data

IP address, browser, device type and security logs such as sign-in attempts.

Support and disputes

Messages you send us and the evidence you upload in a dispute.

• To run your account and sign you in.
• To match you with opponents, confirm results and settle duels.
• To credit deposits, process withdrawals and keep your balance accurate.
• To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
• To answer support requests and resolve disputes.

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers. We only share what's needed with the service providers that host and run BYLT (hosting, database, email, sign-in), and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your username, rating and duel results are public on BYLT. Deposits and withdrawals happen on public blockchains, where transactions are visible to anyone.

We keep your data while your account is open and for as long as we need it afterwards to handle disputes and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it.

We only use the cookies that keep you signed in. Their names start with bylt.. No advertising or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask you first.

Your data travels encrypted, passwords are hashed and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect: if a breach puts your data at risk, we'll tell you.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Write to privacy@bylt.gg and we'll reply within 30 days.

BYLT is for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a minor has an account, we close it and delete their data. See our Responsible gaming page.

We'll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell you in the app before a significant change applies.
